About us

Dr. Scott

Hi! I'm Dr. Scott Glidden, founder of Select Pain Care and we love fixing your annoying, frustrating pains even though they have been around 6+ months and you've seen 3+ providers try and fix them.

When I started as a freshly graduated chiropractor, I thought I'd be able to fix almost anything that came into my office.

I could help some people, but there were always others whose symptoms never changed.

It was then I realized I was missing a LOT.

What is the symptom generator? What is causing it to make symptoms? How do I know I'm being effective? When should I refer out? I had a lot of questions that needed answering.

After consulting with a classmate, I found exactly what I wanted.

"Do you ever have patients that you feel like you should be able to help, but don't know where to start?"

Absolutely!

"I have been training to find and fix adhesion. The coursework teaches you to think more than treat and you fix the biggest problems.  You don't adjust, but you do see results that you've never had before."

After that conversation, I signed up for my first seminar and haven't looked back.  Since that first seminar, I haven't adjusted a single patient.  That was in the summer of 2015.

I have been continuously training since then and as of 2025 became an Adhesion Release Methods instructor providing hands-on instruction and online coaching for providers.

If you want unparalleled results for your chronic pain, you are in the right place.

Chrissy

Hi! I'm Chrissy, the strength specialist at SPC.

For the past 11 years, I have worked as a personal trainer, and I was delighted by the opportunity to become Rehab Specialist at Select Pain Care. Over the years, I noticed that a traditional gym setting has many missing pieces when it comes to movement and pain. I have always been inspired to help people feel better and more at home in their bodies. I encountered many clients dealing with both chronic and temporary pain, and I often felt I lacked the tools or resources to truly help them through those challenges. That is why I am especially grateful for my position at Select Pain Care and the opportunity to be part of a thoughtful, well-studied rehabilitation program that provides patients with the support and tools they need.

My career path has been an interesting one, and I have always allowed my curiosity to lead me toward my next venture. I have worked for the National Cherry Festival in the beautiful Traverse City, Michigan. I've cared for horses, alpacas, and goats and for a brief time, I cleaned cow's udders before they were milked. I’ve served tea and have worked with children with autism. Each experience has taught me something different and enlightened a new perspective

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and exploring the outdoors. My husband, Josh, and I were recently humbled by the 24-mile Lake Geneva Shore Path, which inspired me to create a regimen for becoming a better hiker! That includes more daily miles AND strengthening my core, glutes, hamstrings, and toes!

I was once invited onstage at a Blue Man Group concert. Out of a sea of people, I had always assumed the people up there had been predetermined, until suddenly, it was me! I will never grow out of making music videos with my sister or dreaming up our big bluegrass-band adventure.

I love my day-to-day life: my cozy home, Josh, our cat, Jaws, and our dog, Mila.

I’m happy to meet you!

Ketsy

Hey there, I'm Ketsy.  I've worn many hats throughout the years,globe-trotted with Disney on Ice, rocked the pharmacy tech scene, and even decoded the billing world (insurance companies, not my jam). Right now, I'm living it up as the superstar assistant to Dr. Scott - it's a blast, almost as much as my Disney days (but hey, that's our secret!). You'll find me vibing with my 'Pain is weakness leaving the body' life

lesson (have it tattooed on my side). Getting treatment myself, I can relate to our

patients so I too can say I hate his "bionic fingers" but the results are worth the pain!

Off-duty, I'm a chill wife with a shoe problem, mom to a know-it-all 20-year- old,  a cuddly American Bully named  Goliath, and grandma to a sassy 1yr old. The raddest aunt title? Nailed it!(fun fact, that's our favorite show to watch together) Oh, and don't be surprised if you catch me grooving to Salsa and bachata with the hubby(late-night shenanigans included).

Calliya

Hello everyone, my name is Calliya, and I am an office manager/clinical assistant here at Select Pain Care!  I have always been interested in more holistic and integrative approaches to healing the body. I graduated from UWM in 2023 with a major in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Healthcare Administration. I enjoy discovering new methods that enhance overall wellness and well-being. I enjoy being a part of our patients' journey to becoming pain-free! Helping them is the best part of this job!

For fun, I enjoy watching movies, dancing,  going out with my friends, and traveling to new places.  I also have a cat named Robert Downey Jr.!

If you’ve seen our social media, that’s me!

Hi! I'm Stanley, the barketing manager here at SPC.

Life is too short to not enjoy it, so I don't really take anything too seriously.

(with the exception of delivery people--how dare they not say hello)

I am often at the office providing emotional support or taking a nap.

I love attention and I REALLY love treats!
